60 to 140 square
Normally, forging ratio is 4 or more as a standard.
For 140 square or more, we will hold a consultation to consider the materials and usage.
Round billets
60D to 120D
Normally, forging ratio is 4 or more as a standard.
For 120 or more (less than or equal to 160D), we will hold a consultation to consider the materials and usage.
Flat slabs
Manufactured according to necessary dimensions, processing method (rolling, cutting, etc.), and usage.
- Since the possible manufacturing dimensions for forgings depend on the necessary forging ratio, please contact us regarding this.
- Forging surface at delivery can be dealt with grinding to remove flaws, or cutting off by machining.
Mass and small quantity production: rolled products (melting and forging plant)
- We can also produce rolled round steel bar and rolled wire.
Since specific manufacturing dimensions depend on product specifications, please consult with us in advance. - By adding a secondary processing, we can also produce centerless grind finished steel bars.

- We can produce special alloys with comparative versatility in small quantities and various shapes.
